We know you're excited to get your order to your pet, so here's what to expect.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number.
Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Orders over $50 ship free.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Delays
Occasionally shipments are delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We'll do our best to notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if your package appears lost, contact us at shopmeadowandpaw@gmail.com within 7 days so we can help locate it or send a replacement.
